For t-shirts and sweatshirts, we recommend machine washing inside out on cold. We also recommend air-drying. Do not iron and do not dry clean.

Our t-shirts, sweatshirts, and tote bags are DTG printed (direct-to-garment). Ink is printed into the fabric. The result is soft and long-lasting. It won't crack and peel like vinyl prints.

Orders from the US ship from the 🇺🇸US.

Orders from Europe are printed in and shipped from 🇩🇪Germany.

Orders from 🇨🇦Canada, the 🇬🇧UK, and 🇦🇺Australia are shipped from their respective country.

Studiochateau has a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, customers should contact us via email at info@shopstudiochateau.com. We will provide the return delivery address. Please note that proof of shipping is required for a refund.

If you receive a product that is not as ordered (wrong product or defect), please send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. You can choose a free replacement or a refund and there’s no need to return the item.
