Where do you ship from?

To ensure quick delivery for our customers, we've partnered with print providers around the world. Orders from the US ship from the US. Orders from Europe are printed in and shipped from the EU. Orders from Canada, the UK, and Australia are shipped from their respective country. Embroidered and Comfort Colors® products, however, are mainly shipped from the US.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number.

Estimated delivery?

Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after placing your order.

Care instructions?

For t-shirts and sweatshirts, we recommend machine washing inside out on cold. We also recommend air-drying. Do not iron and do not dry clean.

How are your shirts printed?

Our t-shirts, sweatshirts, and tote bags are DTG printed (direct-to-garment). Ink is printed into the fabric. The result is soft and long-lasting. It won't crack and peel like vinyl prints.

What is your return policy?

Studiochateau has a 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, customers should contact us via email at info@shopstudiochateau.com. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
